A Day on kith Homestead

Making fire, nourishing food, running from the lawnmower, gathering natural treasure & so much more!

I was invited to spend a day at Kith Homestead - a beautiful, grounded space where families and young people learn to live in deeper connection with the land, themselves, and each other.

What unfolded was a quiet, heartfelt rhythm: fire to tend, soil to touch, food to prepare, laughter to share. I was gently welcomed into the intimacy of daily life with Simon, Lorna, and young B—witnessing the love, patience, and care that flows between them.

This is a place where learning is embodied, and connection is woven into every act. A small homestead doing meaningful, soul-led work.

I left with full heart and muddy boots—grateful to have been part of the story, even for a moment.
